Congrats are in order for our friends over at WizeHive.com, who were recently recognized by TechCrunch.com's annual Crunchies Awards as one of the Best Bootstrapped StartUps of 2010. They were in good company in their category, standing alongside other buzzworthy startups like Wufoo and WildFire. We think it's a pretty awesome achievement, especially given that they were also joined by a few other little-known tech companies like, well, Google... and Microsoft... and Facebook... ;-)

One Step Closer to Total Domination

So... we're placing the finishing touches on the email campaign creation/management element of the MasterSales CRM offering — and should have a preview available here soon!

I think it's safe to say we're still on for a January launch of all four of the new applications (which you can read more about here.)

And, much to everyone's excitement around here, a fifth element has been added to the mix that we think unifies our product offering in a way that's truly unique for Web based software suites. 2010's going to be a good year.

We've been toiling away all evening updating the new MasterSuite Support YouTube channel (Hey, YouTubing is hard work!), which you can check out here. As of 9:45 EST, you can now access video tutorials for the MasterPlan Business Plan Builder, the MasterDoc HR Document Builder, the MasterFile Employee Data Manager and the MasterSite Drag and Drop Website Builder.

There are plenty more where those came from. So subscribe to SuiteAppsSupport on YouTube or keep checking back here for updates on all the new content being pushed up to the new channel.

We're still in the process of uploading (and it's a slow process), but you can go ahead and check out the work in progress here.

New Day, New Look

Afternoon, MasterSuiters.

As you may have noticed, we've just pushed up a new makeover for MasterSuiteApps.com. We've been working on this one for a while, so we're excited to step out and show it off; to unveil our new look to the world! (Compliments are welcome, thanks! ;-).

But, just like any new makeover, this one is bound to require a few tweaks here and there. We guarantee there will be issues to fix before we finish typing up this post. In fact, we're fairly confident there's a 100% chance - yes, one hundred - that we will be twisting knobs and pressing buttons for a couple of days to make sure that everything is working properly.

So, if you catch anything out of place or otherwise suspect, let us know! And we do mean anything. In fact, if you're just having a bad day and need a place to vent your feelings, we want to know that too. Just leave your comments below or email us at support@lodestartechlabs.com .

As things progress, and new pages are loaded, we'll try to keep you posted right here.

Welcome to the MasterSuite Developers' Blog.

Every blog has a first time, and, well, this is ours. So, just a little housekeeping...

Make us a daily destination or check back regularly for updates on everything from product upgrades to answers to FAQs to, well, anything else we think you might find valuable as you explore everything the MasterSuite has to offer.

We're still fine-tuning a few of the apps, but we're only weeks, if not days, away from launch. So, sit tight (and bear with us) while we put the finishing touches on our software. Once we're ago, we'll be right back here to announce it.
