Using the MasterSite Form Builder, you can create an endless library of custom online forms to collect important information about your site visitors. Whether it's a simple contact form or a full customer satisfaction survey, simply open up the Form Builder and add the desired fields to a custom User Form. Back in the Design Studio, simply drag the Forms widget icon onto a page; choose your form from a drop down list in the Properties bar; and, just like that, you can start capturing key data from your customers.
